Well, over a year since I've shared photos here and figured why not dust off the old blog tonight. Over the summer we took a road trip down the west coast and went to Santa Cruz. We camped along the way on our drive, went through the redwoods, hit San Francisco and finally ended up on the boardwalk not far from our Air BNB. The kids realized their dreams on this trip and finally learned how to surf. Keira made it up on her FIRST wave, like such a champ. It took the rest of us a little bit longer to catch a wave, but we all had an amazing time. The surf was pretty rough for learning, but we are determined to give it another go next summer. It was such an enjoyable trip, the weather was amazing, the food was great, the company...even better.
