I got these scans back while I was away on vacation with my family. Which was agony because I couldn't download them for a week. All I had was the email from the lab with feedback about my exposure, focusing, etc. and I had no idea what images they were referencing. But I was pleasantly suprised when I downloaded them as my exposures were pretty good. Much improved over the last few rolls I had sent in. And mind you, I've been shooting without a handheld light meter. Wh

This month I embarked on my film journey (medium format film journey). Can I just say, I am in love. I am absolutely loving this process. It's so unexpected. It's slow. It's thoughtful. It's hard. I can't tell you how many of my images from my first roll off my medium format camera came back blurry...hello manual focus, nice to meet you. I am so excited to see what this journey brings.
